Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Job Description

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Ensure that the CEO is well-prepared for meetings with relevant documents and briefings.
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners. Draft, edit, and review correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
  • Organize and prepare agendas for executive meetings. Assist in gathering necessary documents and presentations for each meeting.
  • Accurately take minutes during executive and board meetings. Summarize discussions, document key decisions, and track action items. Distribute minutes to relevant attendees and follow up to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion, including business strategies, financial information, and personal matters related to the CEO.
  • Maintain an organized system of files and records, both physical and digital, ensuring documents are easily accessible when needed.
  • Assist the CEO in the management of special projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Arrange national and international travel logistics for the CEO, including visa processing, transportation, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
